Remove the guesswork on which class to take! This playlist progressively guides you through workouts that INCREASE IN CHALLENGE, all within the BUILD stage (level 2). You should have completed our 10 Day Challenge or worked your way through the RESTORE (level 1) classes . Now it's time to build strength and endurance as you load your bones with your bodyweight and light weights, while using props like dowels, bands, and balls to work your balance, mobility and coordination.
